• Room reservations are for currently enrolled CWRU students only
• Quiet Single Study Room loan periods are for 30-minute blocks, up to 3 hours per day
• The rooms are not renewable
• Reservation cancellations can be done through a link in the original confirmation e-mail

To Reserve a Third Floor Quiet Single Study Room:

• Select your desired date on the calendar below; then select your desired 30-minute blocks which must be continuous
• Once you have chosen your date and blocks, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Continue"
• You will be directed to a brief form; once you submit the form you will receive an email confirming your reservation

                                      (Note: the confirmation e-mail may take up to 2 hours to arrive)

To open the room:

• The reservation holder will go to at KSL’s Service Center to pick up the key

To cancel your reservation:

• Reservation cancellations may be made through the link provided in the confirmation e-mail

When making a reservation I agree to the following:

• Upon reservation approval, I agree to bring my own valid CWRU ID to the KSL Service Center.
• I understand that if I do not arrive within the first 15 minutes of my scheduled time, the room reservation will be lifted and made available to others.
• Please return the key promptly as a courtesy to the next scheduled person. Late keys accrue an overdue fine of $5.00 per hour.

NOTE: The confirmation e-mail, which is not required, may take up to 2-hours to arrive.
