Designed with new technology to encourage effective and collaborative work, the rooms feature a wall-mounted  42" LED TV that hooks to your laptop so your project can be seen by everyone. A wall-panel control unit lets you hook up for HDMI, VGA and composite ports (cables and adapters are also available at the Service Center).  

• Room reservations are for currently enrolled CWRU students only

• Collaboration Rooms require the primary reservation holder and one other group member at check-out

• Collaboration Room loan periods are for 30-minute blocks, up to 3 hours per day

• The rooms are not renewable

• Reservation cancellations can be done through a link in the original confirmation e-mail

To Reserve a Collaboration Room:

• Select your desired date on the calendar below; then select your desired 30-minute blocks which must be continuous

• Once you have chosen your date and blocks, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Continue"

• You will be directed to a brief form; once you submit the form you will receive an email confirming your reservation

                                      (Note: the confirmation e-mail may take up to 2 hours to arrive)

To open the room:

• The primary reservation holder and one other group member must show up together at KSL’s Service Center

To cancel your reservation:

• Reservation cancellations may be made through the link provided in the confirmation e-mail

When making a reservation I agree to the following:

• Upon reservation approval, I agree to bring my own valid CWRU ID to the KSL Service Center.

• I understand that if I do not arrive within the first 15 minutes of my scheduled time with a second group member, the room reservation will be lifted and made available to other groups.

• Please return the key promptly as a courtesy to the next scheduled group. Late keys accrue an overdue fine of $5.00 per hour.

NOTE: The confirmation e-mail, which is not required, may take up to 2-hours to arrive.
