Located on the first floor of KSL, the Freedman Center Collaboration Commons features large Microsoft Surface Hub touch-screens, mobile tables and chairs, and dry-erase boards. Whether you are consulting our digital scholarship librarians regarding a new project idea, taking advantage of one of our workshops, meeting with your research team, or holding your own instructional session, this flexible space can be adapted to your needs.  We encourage you to visit with your colleagues, ask us questions, and use this space to advance your teaching and scholarship.

The space is open to the entire CWRU community. It is an active, public workspace and users should anticipate people using others areas of the Commons during their reservation. The Collaboration Commons is not ideal for meetings or projects of a private or sensitive nature. It is also not intended to fill the role of an event space or classroom to be booked for a semester of regularly-scheduled classes.
